  • Spiritual Rituals – No refunds after service begins.
  • Digital Courses – No refunds once the course platform is accessed or materials are downloaded.

Limitation of Liability: GeniusHub Education is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the service fee paid.

All content, including ritual methodologies, spiritual insights, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of GeniusHub Education. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Client License for Naming Results: Upon full payment for the Personalized Chinese Naming Service, GeniusHub grants the client a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the final selected name for personal or business purposes, as applicable. The underlying naming methodology remains the intellectual property of GeniusHub Education.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Customer Residency & Cooling-Off Period

  • Residency Declaration: By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that the billing address provided is their place of habitual residence for determining applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Cooling-Off Eligibility: The 14-day EU/UK cooling-off period applies only to purchases with a billing address in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) and EU-associated countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). Purchases with billing addresses outside these regions are not eligible, regardless of delivery location or personal residence.

  • Waiver Option: Purchasers may opt to waive the 14-day cooling-off period for immediate provision of the service, forfeiting their right to cancel under this period.

  • Dispute Resolution: The billing address provided at the time of purchase shall be the primary and conclusive evidence for determining eligibility for the EU/UK cooling-off period.

Definition of Service Commencement

For the purpose of the Refund Policy, the service is deemed to have commenced (and is therefore non-refundable) upon the earliest of the following events:

  1. Digital Courses/Products: The client logs into the course platform, opens any lesson or module, or downloads the digital file.
  2. Spiritual Rituals: The client’s name/details are entered into the dedication list, the ritual is scheduled, or the practitioner begins any preparatory work or chanting.
  3. Naming/Guidance Services: The practitioner begins the analysis of the client’s data (e.g., birth data, life intent) or begins preparing the initial consultation materials.
